Processing Time

All custom photo magnets are handmade to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships. Total delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days from order date.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through that link.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping please contact us within 48 hours at justcapturedco@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will resolve it immediately.

Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
