What size are your magnets?
Our custom photo magnets are 2.5x2.5 inches — 56% larger than standard 2x2 magnets. Big enough to really show off your favorite photo.
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your pack size, upload your photo at checkout, and we’ll handcraft your magnets and ship them directly to you.
What makes a good photo for a magnet?
Clear, well-lit photos work best. Close-up shots of faces or pets turn out beautifully. Avoid blurry or very dark photos for best results.
How long does production take?
We handcraft every order to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for production before your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days after your order ships. Total delivery is approximately 5-10 business days from order date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 ship for $6.99.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes — we offer local delivery in Palm Beach County. Contact us at justcapturedco@gmail.com to arrange.
Can I get a bulk or custom quote?
Absolutely! We love working with businesses, wedding planners, real estate agents and event companies. Email us at justcapturedco@gmail.com for a custom quote.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will remake it at no charge.
What are your rescue magnets?
Our rescue magnet collection features pre-made designs supporting animal rescue. We donate 50% of every rescue magnet sale directly to Justin Bartlett Animal Rescue and The Meadows in Loxahatchee, FL.
Do you do events and markets?
Yes! We love showing up at local markets, pet events, doggy daycares and private events. Contact us at justcapturedco@gmail.com to book us for your event.
