Refund policy

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Each magnet is handcrafted specifically for you using your uploaded photo and cannot be resold or reused. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at justcapturedco@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will remake and reship your order at no charge.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at justcapturedco@gmail.com and we will correct the order right away.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. Once your magnet is in production it cannot be cancelled.
